Career Ready
Career Ready (CR) is a vocational training organisation that specialises in Early Education and Care (ECEC) vocational courses and professional development. Career Ready endeavours to make education as accessible as possible with the majority of courses being delivered digitally, so that students can undertake their study on a schedule that works for them. Our trainers at Career Ready are motivated by the belief that educators of young children must have a strong foundation in all aspects of Early Childhood Education and Care. Career Ready believe that the opportunity of coming together to learn also creates a space for the sharing of pedagogy, transformative critical reflection and improved social awareness and that this is beneficial for both educators and the children and families that we work with.
Career Ready’s aim is to directly address the shortage of Early Childhood Educators and Care workers in Australia. In doing so we can ensure that educators working in ECEC have a deep understanding of Human Rights, Children’s Rights and the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. With Children’s Rights as the basis of all our training, we facilitate students and educators understanding of authentic rights-based, play-based, interest-based, nature-based and emergent curriculums.
